What? – Upgrade of Edge and Core Networking Infrastructure

Please be aware that on 25th of August from 9pm AEST we are upgrading some Edge and Core Networking Infrastructure on the Canberra Network.
As we are replacing both primary and fail-over network devices it will be necessary to re-cable some of the main internet connections and core devices to accommodate future connectivity and increased local network speeds.
There will be times the devices fail over and fail back which may result in some small outages whilst routing sessions re-establish.Whilst we expect minimal impact there may be some small outages (maximum 15 minutes) from 9pm until 11pm.
The upgrades are necessary to improve the performance and stability of the GoHosting Canberra network.
Services impacted: All Services on the GoHosting Canberra Network – If you are receiving this email you have services on the Canberra network.
What is not impacted: GoHosting Sydney / Azure and AWS Services / Microsoft Exchange Online Services
Impact: Network Connectivity will be interrupted at times for some core and edge devices causing internet connectivity interruption and connectivity issues.
