The widespread outage has now been resolved.
Currently the only issues left are connection directed towards - ACTCSVR14.gohosting.com.au. Our team is working with the upstream provider to resolve this issue.
Wide spread outage
The upstream link has gone down causing frequent drop outs of all connections. The team is investigating and resolving the connection issues within the data centre.
Connectivity Issues
At 6:47pm on Monday 28 April, one of our network links was impacted by a denial of service attack, which is causing intermittent connectivity issues. Our team worked very hard over the evening to investigate and reduce the impact as quickly as possible.
The issue was mostly mitigated by 8:54pm, with some minor routing issues continuing from the same upstream provider. These lingering issues are currently impacting a small number of users.
We continue to work closely with the upstream provider to block the attack and fully stabilise routing.
